Caffe Primo is a well known franchise in South Australia. The first store opened in 1998 at Tea Tree Plaza Modbury. Today they have over 20 stores and employ over 550 staff.
Caffe Primo contacted Chooli after being referred to us by one of our previous clients Red Square. They had a existing website but they wanted to modernise it.
1. THE PROBLEM
The problem was that when you went to the website it was not mobile friendly. Also there was no way to interact with members and offer specials and send announcements.
This was resulting in bad user experience when people view on the phone. Most of the visitors are mobile browsing.
2. THE SOLUTION
The primary goal was to improve mobile user experience and create a way to communicate with Gold Members.
This was achieved through a responsive website design and a communication system setup to reach out to Gold Members.
3. THE RESULT
The website was designed within 3 weeks and developed within 4 weeks.
Traffic shows there is more mobile interaction and better user engagement.
